Orders & Shipping
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 1 to 2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order is on its way.
Can I make changes to my order?
If you need to make a change, please reach out as soon as possible. Email us at hello@goobiebaby.com with your order number and the update you’d like to make. We’ll do our best to catch it before it ships. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we’re unable to make changes, but we’ll always try to help where we can.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping on orders over $50. You’ll see all shipping options at checkout.
Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from our Utah warehouse to ensure timely and reliable delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship within the United States. We're working on expanding soon. Thank you for your patience!
Returns & Issues
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Just email us at hello@goobiebaby.com, and we’ll guide you through the process.

My item arrived flawed or damaged. What can I do?
We're so sorry about that. Please email us at hello@goobiebaby.com with your order number, a photo, and a brief description of the issue. We’ll either replace or refund the item and do everything we can to make it right.
Gift Orders
Can I send this as a gift?
Yes. You can add a gift note at checkout. We never include pricing in the box, and our clean, minimal packaging makes it perfect for gifting.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Not at the moment, but our packaging is thoughtfully designed and gift-ready as is.
